Themed creative activities to strengthen self esteem!
Each month we will chat about a different theme/topic and do a creative activity to help explore our learnings and express ourselves around that topic
THEMES:
Confidence, Body image, Uniqueness, Friendships, Self worth, Self care, Power of our words, Managing our emotions, Puberty/changes in our body,
Wellbeing, Bullying, Self Love
What does the workshops involve?
Our group workshops are always so much fun! They are broken into two components - our inner circle where we begin and end the session, play ice breaker games, and share our thoughts and creation at the end of class, and of course the hands-on creative activities!
What are the details?
• Last Sunday of each month
• 2hr workshop, $38.50 each
• For ages 7 - 17 yrs
• Held at the Canning Bridge Community Space,
63 Kishorn Road, Mount Pleasant WA, Australia
• Different theme each month
• All arts & crafts materials provided
• Limited to 10 participants
• Bookings essential (only one month at a time)

I wish younger Ali had this kind of club to show me I never needed to be anything other than me. I don't need to compare myself, I don't need to be "better", I don't need to change to make friends...
