Motivation Board
(vision boarding)

Each student will create their very own beautiful vision board for the new year. Filling up their page with pictures, words, goals, feelings and anything else to create a positive look of what they want their school year to look like! Allowing them to feel in control of their decisions, outlooks and experiences, and learning that they get to choose how they want to feel about it!

Worry Box

While we can be excited about the new school year,  it's natural to feel a little anxious in the days leading up to going back to school, and sometimes in the first few weeks until we settle in too. A Worry box is a great tool to help remove that worry or anxious thought from our head, process it by writing it down and talking about it, and then putting it away into their worry box, to help clear their mind rather than sit with that feeling or thought until it grows! Each student will decorate their own box and we will discuss previous worries they've had about going back to school and how they can use this box as a positive tool.

Inner Circle

Energised Minds inner circle is a special little space where we welcome the students at the very start, play some ice-breaker games and have some chats about what the day will involve before getting stuck into the creative stuff. At the end of the workshop we sit in circle and show our creations to the group. The inner circle encourages them to speak and share their thoughts free of judgement in a safe, friendly and supportive way.
